  4. Webit offers sign-up via email/password or third-party authentication (e.g. Google). We do not store third-party credentials.

  1. You may use Webit solely to create and manage legal websites using our tools and templates.
  2. All content you post must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
  3. You may not use the Services to host or promote any material that is fraudulent, illegal, infringing, harmful, or otherwise prohibited under Section 4 below.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Webit to upload, distribute, or promote content that:

  1. Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive
  2. Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  3. Infringes on intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties
  4. Includes malware, viruses, or harmful code
  5. Constitutes spam, phishing, or unauthorized advertising
  6. Harms minors or impersonates another individual or entity
  7. Violates any applicable local, national, or international law

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and removal of your content.

5. Content Ownership & License

  1. You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using Webit ("User Content").
  2. By using our Services, you grant Webit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and serve your content to fulfill the Services.
  3. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to post and use any content on the platform, including third-party materials.

6. Service Availability

Webit strives to provide continuous and reliable access to the Services, but we do not guarantee uptime or availability. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, with or without notice.

7. Pricing & Payments

Our current pricing for paid plans is available on the Pricing Page. All prices are listed in USD and may change at our discretion. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of your subscription, confirmed via email.

  1. By purchasing a paid plan, you represent that you are over 18 and authorized to use the chosen payment method.
  2. Failure to provide valid billing information may result in cancellation of your subscription and deletion of your website(s).

8. Termination

  1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.
  2. You may delete your account at any time by submitting a formal request via our Account Deletion Form.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Webit disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Webit, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
